   कतिपय ऐसे शब्दों या वाक़्यों , जिन्हें पीठासीन अधिकारी द्वारा असंसदीय घोषित कर वाद विवाद में से निकाल दिया जाता है तथा उसके आदेशों के अंतर्गत अभिलिखित न किये गये भागों को कार्यवाही के आधिकारिक अभिलेख में सम्मिलित नहीं किया जाता .
