   ऐसे प्रश्न गृहीत नहीं किए जाते जिनमें तर्क , निष्कर्ष या मानहानिकारक कथन हों या जिनमें किसी व्यक़्ति की सरकारी या सार्वजनिक हैसियत से नहीं बल्कि उसकी व्यक़्तिगत हैसियत से उसके चरित्र या आचरण का उल्लेख हो , और ऐसे प्रश्न जिनमें जानकारी मांगने की बजाए जानकारी दी गई हो .
4. He is looked upon to protect the honour of persons against allegatory , defamatory or incriminatory statements in the House , and unless he has been previously informed of the nature of such statements or the evidence on which they are based , he may stop a member from making such statements .
   सदन में आरोपात्मक , मानहानिकारक या दोषारोपण करने वाले वक़्तव्यों से व्यक़्तियों के सम्मान की रक्षा भी अध्यक्ष करता है और वह किसी सदस्य को ऐसा वक़्तव्य देने से रोक सकता है , यदि ऐसे वक़्तव्य के स्वरूप के बारे में या जिस साक्ष्य पर वे आधारित हैं उसकी पूर्व सूचना उसे न दे दी गई हो .
