He warns of an inflection point when left-fascists “stand true to their cataclysmic rhetoric and strap on suicide belts or take up arms to become martyrs.” In other words, the dangers are real and present.
   वामपंथ क्या चाहता है- एक सटीक शब्द में कहें तो प्रामाणिकता- साम्राज्य की कृत्रिमता ने मूलवंशियों को लुप्तप्राय संस्कृति के समकक्ष बना दिया है। संस्कृति को मूलवंशी होना चाहिये, जीवंत और साम्राज्य के वर्णशंकर उपभोग्तावाद से रक्षित होना चाहिये ( हालीवुड) इसका कृत्रिम तर्कवाद और इसका झूठा स्वतंत्रता का सिद्धांत।
2. Throughout his life, Michel Foucault's concept of authenticity meant looking at situations where people lived dangerously and flirted with death, the site where creativity originated. In the tradition of Friedrich Nietzsche and Georges Bataille, Foucault had embraced the artist who pushed the limits of rationality and he wrote with great passion in defense of irrationalities that broke new boundaries. In 1978, Foucault found such transgressive powers in the revolutionary figure of Ayatollah Khomeini and the millions who risked death as they followed him in the course of the Revolution. He knew that such “limit” experiences could lead to new forms of creativity and he passionately threw in his support.
   “अपने समस्त जीवन में माइकल फोकाल्ट के लिये प्रामाणिकता की अवधारणा का अर्थ था ऐसी स्थिति जहाँ लोग खतरनाक ढंग से जी रहे हों और मौत से खेलते हों और ऐसा स्थान जहाँ रचनात्मकता निवास करती हो। फ्रेडरिक नीत्शे और जार्ज बटाले की परम्परा का पालन करते हुए फोकाल्ट ने उन कलाकारों को गले अपनाया जिन्होंने तर्कवाद की सीमाओं का अतिक्रमण किया और उन्होंने महान भाव के साथ अतार्किकता के पक्ष में लिखा और नयी सीमायें बनाईं। 1978 में फोल्काल्ट को अयातोला खोमैनी के क्रांतिकारी व्यक्तित्व में यही अतिक्रमणकारीवाद दिखा और उन लाखों लोगों में जिन्होंने क्रांति में उनका अनुसरण करते हुए अपने जीवन को खतरे में डाला। वह जानते थे कि ऐसे सीमित अनुभव नयी रचनात्मकता की ओर ले जायेंगे और इसी कारण उन्होंने इसे पूरा समर्थन दिया।“
