1. The upper chamber is the atrium and the lower the ventricle .
   ऊपर वाला कक्ष अलिंद और नीचे वाला निलय कहलाता है .
2. The right and left ventricles contract simultaneously to pump blood respectively to the lungs and to all parts of the body .
   रक़्त को क्रमशः फेफड़ों और शरीर के सभी भागों में भेजने के लिए दायां और बायां निलय एक साथ संकुचित होते हैं .
3. From the lungs , purified blood , which is red , comes to the left atrium and then flows to the left ventricle which pumps it out through the aorta -LRB- Fig.5 -RRB- .
