While the Executive has almost unlimited right to initiate and formulate legislative and financial proposals before Parliament and to give effect to approved policies unfettered and unhindered by Parliament , the latter has the unlimited power to call for information , to discuss , to scrutinise and to put the seal of popular approval on proposals made by the Executive .
यदि कार्यपालिका को विधायी और वित्तीय प्रस्ताव तैयार करने और उन्हें संसद के समक्ष रखने तथा स्वीकृत नीतियों को , संसद द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की अड़चन पैदा किए बिना , कार्यरूप देने का लगभग असीमित अधिकार प्राप्त है तो संसद को सूचना प्राप्त करने , चर्चा करने , छानबीन करने और कार्यपालिका द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रस्तावों पर जन-प्रतिनिधियों की स्वीकृति की मुहर लगाने की असीम शक्ति प्राप्त है .
