   हर वस्तु एक ही स्थान पर जुटा लें अर्थात् इंसुलिन , स्पिरिट , रूई का टुकड़ा आदि .

5. 5 . Inject this air into the bottle of insulin . Keeping the syringe still inside the bottle , invert the bottle of insulin and pull the plunger . to withdraw insulin equal to the dose required .
   अब इस हवा को इंसुलिन की वायल में इंजेक्ट करें.सुई को अभी भी वॉयल के अंदर रखकर वॉयल को सीधी स्थिति में रखते हुए उल्टा कर दें.प्लंजर को बाहर की ओर खींचते हुए इंसुलिन की इच्छित खुराक को सिरिंज में भर लें .
