There is no effect on the business pending before the House on adjournment of House sine die but as per Rule 335 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Lok Sabha , on the prorogation of the House , all pending notices , other than notices of intention to move for leave to introduce Bills , lapse , and fresh notices have to be given for the next session .
सदन के अनिश्चित काल के लिए स्थगित होने पर उसके समक्ष लंबित किसी कार्य पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता , परंतु लोक सभा के प्रक्रिया तथा कार्य संचालन संबंधी नियमों के नियम 335 के अनुसार , सदन का सत्रावसान हो जाने पर , विधेयक पेश करने की अनुमति के लिए प्रस्ताव की सूचनाओं के सिवाय अन्य सब लंबित सूचनाएं व्ययगत हो जाती हैं और आगामी अधिवेशन के लिए नये सिरे से सूचनाएं देनी पड़ती हैं .
