annulled sentence in Hindi

As per Article 31[1], powers are given to the states to collect their funds by legislating with public interest. If any such law is in violation of article 16 of article 19, it will not be declared unconstitutional or annulled, but it becomes deserving of judicial review. But if it is declared as subject to approval by the President, and has been approved by him, then it will not be requiring judicial review.
1. अनु 31[1] के अनुसार राज्य विधायिका को अधिकार देता है कि वे निजी संपत्ति जनहित हेतु विधि बना कर ग्रहित कर ले परंतु ऐसी कोई विधि असंवैधानिक/रद्द नहीं की जायेगी यदि यह अनु 14 व अनु 19 का उल्लघंन करे परंतु यह न्यायिक पुनरीक्षण का पात्र होगा किंतु यदि इस विधि को राष्ट्रपति की स्वीकृति हेतु रखा गया और उस से स्वीकृति मिली भी हो तो वह न्यायिक पुनरीक्षा का पात्र नहीं होगा
