   लेकिन यहां मैं यह भी सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वीकार कर लूं कि ढइस समय तक मैं लघु और गुऋ-इन दोनों के सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वरूप के बारे में सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-पषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-टतः समझ नहीं पाया हूं कि अरबी में उसके समान ततऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वों का निर्देश करके उनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-हें सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-पषऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ट कर सकूं , लेकिन इसके बावजूद मैं यह समझता हूं कि लघु का अर्थ सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वरविहीन वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यंजन नहीं है और न ही गुऋ का अर्थ सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वरयुकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-त वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यंजन है , बल्कि इसके विपरीत मेरे विचार में लघु का अर्थ है ह्रसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-व सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वरयुकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-त वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यंजन ह्यजैसे क , कि , कुहृ और गुऋ का अर्थ है ऐसा वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यंजन जो सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-वरविहीन वऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यंजन से युकऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-त है ह्यजैर्सेकत् , कित , कुत्हृ जैसा कि अरबी छंदशासऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-त्र में भी एक ततऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-व है जो सहब कहलाता है ह्यअर्थार्तया ऋवऋ एक दीर्घ वर्ण ऋसका सऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-थान दो ह्रसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-व वर्ण ले सकते हैं .
