   जब हम अपने नष्ट-भ्रष्ट किये गये मुल्क को फिर से बनाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं , तब हम क़्या यह विचार करें कि इसमें कितनी हिंदू इंजीनियर होंगे और कितनी मुसलमान या उन इंजीनियरों को काम पर लगायें , जो होशियारी के साथ काम करेंगे , चाहे वह मुसलमान या हिंदू या ईसाई या हिंदुस्तान में किसी और कौम के ही क़्यों न हों ?
