And , lastly , it is significant that none of the provisions of the Constitution is unamendable in as much as Parliament can in any way amend , alter or repeal any provision of the Constitution and such amendments cannot be questioned in any court of law on any ground what so ever unless they tend to alter or violate what may be considered as the basic features of the Constitution .
   और अंतिम यह है , और यह महत्वपूर्ण है , कि संविधान में ऐसा कोई उपबंध नहीं है जिसका संशोधन नहीं किया जा सकता क्योंकि संसद हर प्रकार से संविधान के किसी भी उपबंध का परिवर्धन , परिवर्तन या निरसन कर सकती है और ऐसे संशोधनों पर किसी भी न्यायालय में किसी भी आधार पर आपत्ति नहीं उठाई जा सकती , जब तक कि उनका उद्देश्य ऐसा परिवर्तन अथवा उल्लंघन न हो जिसे संविधान के मूलाधारों का उल्लंघन समझा जाए .
